This place is a ZOO!

So you read all about our exciting weekend, but now you get to see some pictures! Aren't you excited?!? Of course you are!

Yeah, pretty sure the second random grumpy monkey is telling me off. He's kind of out of focus but it was too funny not to post.

Over in the Highlands under the misters. They sure helped cool off on this hot day!

Poor Maddi's allergies combined with no nap and a lot of sun made for not so great photo op's. But here we are on the carousel. Zoe chose a seat too far away from Maddi for me to rationalize leaving her long enough (since there were no harnesses) to get a shot of Zoe.

She had to... because "all the other kids were doing it".

And there you have our day at the Zoo. We want to try to go back again later this year, maybe when it's not quite so hot out and Maddi's allergies won't be as bad.
